A local-first coordination system for AI agents, with a dependency-aware work queue, ownership, and communication. It helps organize the engineering work behind products like these.

A working command-line tool and daemon in active use. It is an engineering product; it does not connect customer records between the business apps. The model above is an illustration, not a screenshot of an active queue.

Consolidation is in progress. A working pet-care experience runs on Spoked; other products still use earlier shared foundations. This is a platform direction, not a claim that every product has already migrated.
