Marketing site and signup funnel

Turn visitors into trials, and know which page changes actually bring more signups.

A working demo for Brightloop, an invented business. All data is made up and nothing you enter leaves this page.

Customer feedback, sorted

Every piece of customer feedback, in one place

Brightloop gathers feedback from support tickets, sales calls and reviews, groups it by theme, and tells customers when you ship what they asked for.

Headline under test

From scattered requests to a roadmap people trust

  • Collect from everywhere

Pull requests and complaints from your help desk, call notes and app reviews into one inbox.

  • See the themes

Similar requests are grouped, so a hundred tickets about exports read as one clear theme.

  • Plan from evidence

Every roadmap item shows who asked for it and how much revenue those customers bring.

  • Close the loop

When a feature ships, everyone who asked for it hears about it in a short, personal note.

Teams that close the loop

  • We stopped arguing about the roadmap. The requests are right there, with the customers attached.

Imogen Vasquez-Hale, Head of Product, Pinecrest Tools
  • Customers write back to thank us for the release notes. That never happened before.

Tobiah Mwangi, Support Lead, Harrow Lane Studio
  • Our weekly triage went from two hours to twenty minutes.

Questions teams ask first

How long is the free trial?

Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. No card is needed until you choose to stay.

How does per-seat pricing work?

You pay for each person who triages feedback. Customers and read-only viewers are free.

What does annual billing save?

Annual billing costs 20% less than twelve monthly payments, on every plan and for every seat.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. Move up or down at any time, and the difference is prorated to the day.

Where is our data kept?

In this demo, nowhere: everything stays in your browser. The real product would say where it stores data here.

Try it

  • Switch the headline under test, then read the FAQ
  • Toggle annual billing and drag the seat count on the pricing page
  • Start a trial, reload halfway through and pick up where you left off
  • Open the funnel analytics and compare the last 7 and 28 days

Under the hood

  • Prices are integer cents, so the annual saving is exact to the cent
  • The headline test uses a two-proportion z-test and will not call a winner before the sample is large enough
  • Funnel traffic comes from a seeded random source, so every visitor sees the same figures
